Complaints Procedure

Leap Valley Surgery aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know. Speak to whomever you feel most comfortable – your GP, Laura Dadds (our Business Manager), Lisa Kift (our Clinical Operations Manager), or our reception staff will be happy to help. In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily.

We hope that if you have a problem you will speak to us first, as we believe this will give us the best chance of putting right whatever has gone wrong and an opportunity to improve our practice. A guide to our complaints procedure is available from reception or you can download it here.
